BUILD FLEXIBILITY AND ENDURANCE
Pilates classes can play an important role in your overall fitness and health status. Each client will start with a comprehensive body assessment in order to assign you to the best program. We will offer: Pilates for pregnancy, sport specific training, stress relief, toning, posture and classes for the release of aches and pains. The classes will be provided on a weekly basis depending on interest. Pilates classes will be provided inside or outside. Water will be provided.
