If you are new to training, do not worry - our personal trainers will be with you every step of your fitness and wellness journey and we will take great care of you. Our trainers will advise and guide you on the best training option based upon your personal needs and goals. Our main goal is to improve your fitness and health status by keeping your individual needs at the forefront of our minds. The following personal training packages are available:


One-on- one session


A personal trainer will be proposed to one prospected client. The session will be one hour long. A Personal Trainer will take the client’s fat percentage before hand and talk about each client’s specific goals in order to make the session more worthwhile.


Group Session


A personal training session can also be given to a group of members (maximum 4). Clients will be able to make up their own group beforehand; or the personal trainer will assign the client to an existing group depending on each client’s needs. The Personal Trainer will take each member’s fat percentage and discuss goals beforehand in order to make the group session valuable.
